I didn’t grow up as the “healthy one.” Far from it. Convenience food, chaotic sleep, and zero routine were my normal for years. And once I became a mum, everything intensified — the responsibility, the exhaustion, the pressure to “bounce back,” the guilt of putting myself last.
After my first child, I dipped my toe into nutrition and movement because I wanted to give her the best start. But like so many mums, I still pushed my own wellbeing to the bottom of the list. Between work, childcare, and life, I felt like I was constantly running on empty.
By my mid‑thirties, I was done with feeling unwell. The migraines, the skin issues, the weight swings, the low confidence — it all felt unsustainable. I knew something had to change, not just for my kids, but for me.
So I went all in. I studied nutrition, completed a BSc in Applied Food and Nutrition, earned my Health Coach Diploma, and rebuilt my habits in a way that finally fit a real family life — not a fantasy version of it.
What worked wasn’t perfection. It was practicality:

Dedicated time, just for you
90 minute assessment based on a detailed health questionnaire and food diary completed by you. We will explore any aspects of your health you are struggling with, and discuss the goals you want to achieve. After the session you will receive a personalised coaching plan tailored to your needs
3x 45 minute sessions at bi-weekly monthly intervals, giving you time to implement changes and experience results.
Intended to follow up after an initial 90 minute session we will monitor your progress and tweak your plan as required to help you achieve your goals
An initial 90 minute assessment with 4x 45 minute follow up sessions over a period of three months. We will monitor your progress and tweak your plan as required to help you achieve your goals. Three months will allow your new behaviours and habits time to settle into your daily routine, and allow time for you to appreciate the results of the work you are putting into your health and wellbeing

A 30 minute consultation based on a 7 day food diary completed by you. I will analyse your habitual consumption and suggest small changes you can make straight away that will move you further towards your goal of good health
